Our Experience

Pacifica Escrow was formed in 1982 by Rose Marie Robillard. Cardinal Escrow was established in May of 1988 by Nancy Glass and P.J. Bremer. In May of 1995 Nancy and P. J. joined forces with Rose Marie to create Cardinal Pacific Escrow. This merger involved the two top independent escrow offices in Long Beach and has proven to be very successful. Cardinal Pacific Escrow now handles more than half of Long Beach local sales transactions as reported to the Pacific West Association of Realtors. Cardinal Pacific Escrow is now one of the largest independent escrow companies in Southern California. Our staff includes 40 highly regarded professionals including escrow officers, education and marketing department and support staff.

Cardinal Pacific Escrow is an independent, licensed, bonded and insured escrow company.   The Cardinal Pacific Team is expert in all aspects of conveyance including: Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales, Exchanges, Loans, & Refinances; Leisure World;  Business Opportunity and Bulk Sale Transfers; Transaction Accommodation and Facilitation; Bank R.E.O.'s, Trustee Sales, and Probate Sales

Our location on the Long Beach/Seal Beach border means we are strategically located to serve some of the fastest growing communities in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Our services include two staff messengers and offsite loan sign-ups. To make it as convenient for our client's as possible we will also arrange after hours or weekend appointments.
